Who we are
Tony, our founder and head "Pie-Guy," was born in Laredo, TX, but his story doesn’t stop there. From the beaches of Phuket to the sizzling kitchens of Bangkok, Tony’s cooked his way across Southeast Asia. He threw down on The Next Iron Chef - Thailand, ran the show at a world-class pizzeria ranked by 50 Top Pizza, and even cooked shoulder-to-shoulder with Michelin-starred legends.
But let’s keep it real—Tony’s roots run deep. He and his five siblings grew up on their grandma’s sourdough pancakes, a recipe passed down with love (and a legendary sourdough starter) through generations. That tradition lit the spark that got Tony hooked on sourdough and baking.
Now, we’re taking that fire and putting it where it belongs—into making some downright killer pizza.
